Some of you were booked by us, and some booked yourself. It's the same shuttle company, and you meet them outside of the airport. They will have a sign and were a uniform to be easily recognized.

RECEPTION AT THE AIRPORT:

1.Upon arrival at the Cancun Airport, you will pass through immigration and present your passport.

2.You will then claim your luggage and proceed through customs.

3.Please keep walking to the outside of the airport building, take prepaid/agencies exit, once outside, you

need to be looking for our representative who hold a banner with the name of our company "Vacaciones

Barceló" and they wear the official uniform: Blue navy shirt with beige color trousers, nametag and Logo to

our company. (please see the visual representation at the end page this voucher).

4.When contacting our staff, our personal will provide you the estimated time to vehicle access to the

platforms. Our staff are in charge to introducing you to the driver who will take you to your hotel.

5.The service is exclusive to the passengers within the reservation; the holder should show ID or

identification to receive the service. If the holder does not travel, the person who will receive the service

have to show a copy of the holder s ID, or a prior email informing of this change.

6.Passengers with arrival service to the Cancun airport with a flight arriving after 20hrs, the driver will wait

for you with a sign from the company "Vacaciones Barceló" he will route you toward the correct vehicle you

will be traveling on, consider that he may not be dressed in Blue Navy shirt with beige color trousers.

VERY IMPORTANT:

In case you dont find to our staff at the airport, it is important to contact us through our emergency phone

numbers, Vacaciones Barcelo will not refund any other transportation that you take.

There are many timeshare salespeople located in the corridor on your way out, also Taxi scams. We

encourage you NOT to stop and speak to them, or anyone who offers to call your agency.

¡Warning! There are unauthorized transport companies.

Please keep in mind that we will never ask anyone outside (other companies) to take you to your hotel.

Vacaciones Barceló company do not cancel services and request to someone else to take you to your hotel.

At the airport, people offer to help you, and they try to charge extra money or informing you that we will

refund during your stay.

Cancellations with 24hrs. prior arrival not apply charge.

If your arrival flight changes due to weather, cancellations, delays, overbooking, etc., please call us, if you

do not inform us, it will be considered a NO CALL NO SHOW, and full charges will apply.

For arrival services, please note that if you have a delayed flight and a request to reschedule, it will be

subject to availability.

If you need to make any changes to your departure time (hotel-airport) due to flight delays, cancellations,

etc., please contact your representative 24 hours in advance; otherwise, we cannot guarantee the

rescheduling of your service.

We are not responsible for objects or values forgotten in the vehicle.

In case our vehicles have delays in arrivals and/or departures, due to factors beyond the control of

Vacaciones Barceló such as: road closures, traffic accidents, storms, etc. No refund applies.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

Up to date vehicles, with air conditioning and GPS tracker.

As part of our service we offer at the hotel a representative who can advise on excursions and activities,

additional with them, you can arrange the transfer back to the airport, it is important you talk to him/her to

confirm your pickup time. In case you havent booked it yet, they will be available to assist you as well.

For international flights, we recommend arriving at the airport 3hours before departure.

For domestic flights, we recommend arriving at the airport 2hours before departure.

Complete flight information is required at least 72 hours in advance of the date the transfer is required;

without this information, the service cannot be guaranteed.

1 suitcase per passenger + 1 carry on bag. If you arrive with additional luggage, you must notify us prior to

arrival and an additional charge will apply.

Children 2 years and older pay the regular fare.

Infants under 2 years old travel free of charge; however, please note that they will not have an assigned
